بيان النازحين السورين في لبنان/A Statement from the Syrians displaced in Lebanon – 9/7/2011
نحن النازحون السوريون الموجودون في لبنان من مدينة القصير و تلكلخ نتقدم إليكم ببياننا هذا فتقبلوه منا بفائق الشكر و الأحترام .
جراء ما تعرضنا إليه من القتل و التدمير و الإهانة و الذل و إنتهاك لحقوق الإنسان في بلدنا هرعنا هاربين إلى الأراضي اللبنانية بحثا عن الأمن و الطمئنينة . فوجدنا الملاذ الأمن حيث فتح لنا أهالي شمال لبنان بيوتهم و أقتسمو معنا رغيف خبزهم و نحن لهم من الشاكرين إلا أن المدة طالت فاقترحنا بأنشاء مخيم للنازحين يتوفر فيه كل الرعاية المعيشية و الطبية المطلوبة .
و طلبنا من الجهات الحكومية اللبنانية الغطاء الكامل لرعاية النازحين , فأقترح بعض فاعلي الخير أن نجمع النازحين في مدرسة الإيمان في بلدة مشتى حمود و تقديم المساعدات بما يتوفر لديهم من التبرعات الشخصية و قد قدمت لنا الهيئة العليا للإغاثة و الإغاثة الإسلامية و الكنيسة الأنجيلية للمحبة و الهيئة الطبية الإسلامية بعض المساعدات و المعونات الغذائية و الطبية الضرورية .
ألا أننا مع ذالك نعيش مأساة حقيقية فلم تعد المدرسة تتسع لإيواء النازحين من النساء و الأطفال و العُجّز ولم تصلنا أي مخيمات للنازحين و فوجئنا من بعض الصحف التابعة للنظام السوري تتهمنا بأننا مسلحون و إرهابيون و أن قصة النازحين هيا مجرد مسرحية و المشكلة أن النظام السوري يكذب و يعلم أنه يكذب و أننا نعلم أنه يكذب ولا نرى في هذا الإتهام إلا مقدمة لإستهداف النازحين الموجودين في لبنان من رجال و أطفال و نساء و التضيق عليهم .
لأجل هذا نفيدكم ببياننا المرفق بإمضائنا الشخصي بما يلي :
- خرجنا مظاهراتنا سلمية و نزحنا من بيوتنا قسرا سلميون و ما زلنا محافظين على سلميتنا و ملتزمين بقوانين و دستور البلاد التي نزحنا إليها
- لا وجود لإي عصابات مسلحة أو أي منظمات إرهابية بيننا و الأغلبية من النازحين أطفال و نساء هاربين من بطش النظام
- لا صحة لما أُتهم به الأستاذ عبد الرحمن العكاري و الشيخ أسامة العكاري و الأستاذ طارق الدندشي المشرف العام للمدرسة بإيواء مسلحين أو تشكيل منظمات , إذ إن عملهم و شغلهم الشاغل كان تأمين الغذاء و الدواء للنازحين (هل هذا عمل إرهابي ؟؟)
- ندعو جميع السلطات الحكومية اللبنانية التثبت من صحة كلامنا و تأمين الغطاء و الملاذ الأمن للنازحين
- التوسعة في تقديم المساعدات الطبية أولاَ و الغذائية و المخيمات لإيواء النازحين
- لا صحة لما ورد أنة وصلنا ثمانية ألاف خيمة من جهات كويتية كما يدعي النظام السوري في جريدة الوطن و موقع تحت المجهر و ملتقى الأحبة و لم تصلنا أي مساعدات مالية
- لم نجد من يكون الناطق الرسمي بأسم النازحين في لبنان إلا الأستاذ عبد الرحمن العكاري فهو خير من يمثلنا إذ أنه لدينا من رجال الثقة و معتدل دينياً
- نحمل الحكومة اللبنانية و السورية معاً المسؤولية الكاملة لأي سوء يمس الأستاذ عبد الرحمن العكاري و الأستاذ طارق الدندشي و الشيخ أسامة العكاري أو أي من النازحين الموجودين في لبنان
و أخيرا و ليس أخراً نقول بصوت واحد الله ثم سورية حرية و بس عشتم و عاشت سورية حرة أبية

A Statement from the Syrians displaced in Lebanon
We, The Displaced Syrians in Lebanon, from the cities of Qusair and TalKalakh, release this extend to you our statement regarding our conditions are the reasons that led to it.
As a result of the killing, destruction, humiliation, and violation of human rights in our country, we had to escape into the Lebanese territory in search of safety and security. We found a safe haven, as the people of north Lebanon, shared their homes and food with us. We are thankful to them, but as our stay had to be extended we proposed setting up a camp for displaced people in which there is both living arrangements and the required medical care.
We asked the government authorities of Lebanon full coverage of care of the displaced, then a concerned person suggested to gather the displaced people in a school by the name “Iman” in the town of “Mashta Mahmoud” and to provide assistance by personal donations. The Supreme Commission for Relief, Islamic Relief, the Evangelical Church of Love, and the Muslim medical aid, all gave us some food and medical necessities aid.
Still, we are living a real tragedy; the school can no longer accommodate all the displaced women, children and the disabled. We have not received any camps for displaced people, and we were surprised by some newspapers of the Syrian regime accusing us of being insurgents and terrorists, and that the story of the displaced is nothing but a play. The problem is that the Syrian regime is lying knowingly, and we know that these accusations are being spread as a prelude to targeting people; women, men and children, who are displaced in Lebanon, and putting harsher constraining on them.
For the above reasons, and in order to inform you with the reality of the situation, we provided this statement annex with our signatures. We wish to state the following:
1 – We participated in peacefully demonstrations, and we were forced out from our homes, we continue to adhere to peaceful conduct. and we are committed to the Constitution and laws of the country which we are taking refuge in.
2 – There are no armed gangs or terrorist organizations in between us. The majority of the displaced are from women and children fleeing from the regime’s oppression.
3 – There is no truth to the accusation, made against Mr. Abdul Rahman al-Akkari, Sheikh Osama al-Akkari, and Mr. Tariq al-Dandasha; the supervisor of the school “Iman”. They are accused of harboring militants or the formation of organizations, while the top concern of the displaced is to securing food and medicine (Is this a terrorist act??)
4 – We call on all Lebanese governmental authorities to validate of our statement, and to provide is with security and safety.
5 – We ask for adequate medical aid, food, and camps to shelter the displaced.
6 – It is untrue that we received eight thousand tents from Kuwaiti sources, as the Syrian regime claims in Al-Watan newspaper, in “That al-Mijhar” site, and in “Multaqa al-Ahibba”. We also did not received any financial aid
7 – We found no one to be the official spokesman for the displaced in Lebanon but Mr. Abdul Rahman al-Akkari, he is the best man to represent us; as we find in him a man of integrity, and moderation in religious views.
8 – We hold both the government of Lebanon and Syria the full responsibility for any harm be falling Mr. Abdul Rahman al-Akkari, Mr. Tariq al-Dandashi, Sheikh Osama al-Akkari , and any of the displaced people in Lebanon
