بيان باسم أهالي مدينة حماه/Statement on behalf of the people of the city of Hama – 9/7/2011
إن أهالي مدينة حماه بشبابها و شيبها و أطفالها ونسائها تتبنى هذا البيان نصاً و حرفاً و مضموناً علماً أن هذا البيان لا يتعارض مع مطالب الثورة السورية عامة و إنما يعتبر متمماً و مكملاً لها و قد صدر هذا البيان نظراً للحصار الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي و العسكري و الأمني و الإنساني لهذه المدينة . ولن تعود الحياة إلى طبيعتها لإنهاء العصيان المدني إلا بعد الاستجابة لهذه المطالب:
أولاً: فك الحصار عن المدينة و إعادة الجيش إلى ثكناته و سحب الأمن و الشبيحة و عناصر حزب الله اللبناني من شوارع المدينة .
ثانيــاً: إعادة السيد المحافظ أحمد خالد عبد العزيز إلى عمله كمحافظ للمدينة .
ثالثــاً: رفض وجود محمد مفلح رئيس فرع الأمن العسكري بحماه كونه المنفذ للمجازر التي حصلت في المدينة .
رابعــاً: الإفراج الفوري عن جميع المعتقلين البالغ عددهم 1320 معتقلاً .
خامساً: كف البحث عن المطلوبين من المتظاهرين .
سادساً: السماح بالتظاهر السلمي .

Statement on behalf of the people of the city of Hama
The people of the city of Hama, their young and old people, their children and women adopt this statement in its full text, meaning and content, knowing that this statement does not object the general demands of the Syrian revolution, but rather is an integral and complementary part of it. This statement has been issued while facing the economical, social, military, security-wise and humanitarian siege of this city. Civil disobedience will not stop and the life of the city will not get back to normality until the following demands are being answered:
1- Stopping the siege around the city, returning the army to its camps, Withdrawing security forces , Shabbiha, and the agent of the Lebanese party Hizbullah from the streets of the city.
2- Returning the mayor Ahmad Khaled Abd Elaziz to his position.
3- Refusing the existence of Mohammed Mefleh, the Chief of the Military Security forces in Hama. Due to his responsibility over the massacre that was made in the city,
4- Setting free all the detainees estimated by 1320 persons.
5- Stopping investigating against the protestants.
