Manifestation internationale
à l’occasion des deux ans du début de la révolution syrienne
Le 15 mars prochain marquera les deux ans du début de la révolution syrienne.
En deux ans, selon les Nations unies, plus de 70 000 personnes ont été tuées
des dizaines de milliers d’autres sont blessées, disparues ou emprisonnées
des milliers de Syriens sont victimes d’actes de torture,
de mauvais traitements, de violences sexuelles, de pillages,
des millions ont été déplacés à l’intérieur et des centaines de milliers sont réfugiés à l’extérieur.
Pour dire « Stop » aux crimes contre les civils, pour réclamer que justice soit rendue en faveur des victimes, et faire savoir au peuple syrien qu’il n’est pas seul, nous lançons un appel à une manifestation internationale, en solidarité avec le peuple syrien se tiendra le 15 mars 2013 .
“Une vague blanche pour la Syrie”
Le principe est simple : demander aux citoyens du monde entier de s’unir au peuple syrien en manifestant à la même heure locale, de 19h à 19h30, un papier ou un tissu blanc à la main, le mot « Stop » écrit dessus.
Se déclenchera ainsi au fil des fuseaux horaires et à travers le monde, une «ola» mondiale de protestation, une immense vague blanche, reprise au fil de la journée par les médias.
Pour la visibilité de la manifestation, le rendez-vous sera donné prioritairement devant les mairies ou au plus près des mairies. Et tout rassemblement sera laissé à l’initiative de chacun sur les lieux de travail ou de loisirs.
Il s’agit ici de faire appel aux initiatives individuelles, à la société civile, à l’imagination de chacun, pour que de la petite à la plus grande manifestation, des Stop sur fond blanc se lèvent partout dans le monde, en une action solidaire libre de toute influence politique, étatique ou partisane.
A Paris, le rendez-vous sera donné Place du Panthéon, et Ariane Mnouchkine réalisera une courte scénographie permettant de symboliser la Vague Blanche. L’ordre des avocats y sera représenté.
Ce soir-là, chacun pourra poster sa photo, le mot Stop à la main, sur le site :
http://www.vagueblanchepourlasyrie.org
afin de créer une vaste manifestation sur le net et les réseaux sociaux.
Ainsi, chacun pourra participer.

The 15th of March will mark the second anniversary of the start of the Syrian revolution which has seen millions of people in Syria displaced, both inside and outside the country.
During these two years, according to the United Nations, more than 70,000 persons were killed while tens of thousands of others have been detained or disappeared.
Thousands of Syrians have been submitted to torture and ill-treatments, sexual violence and looting.
In order to say STOP to these crimes against civilians, to demand justice for the victims and to let the Syrian people know they are not alone, the White Wave Committee, with the support of Amnesty International France, the FIDH, Human Rights Watch, the LDH, Reporters sans Frontières, Réseau Euromed pour les droits de l’Homme, Souria Houria, Déclaration de Damas, Collectif du 15 mars pour la démocratie en Syrie, OMCT, ACAT, Appel d’Avignon, Ordre des avocats de Paris and Collecti urgence solidarité Syrie is organising an unprecedented international event on that day in solidarity with the Syrian people:
“A White Wave for Syria”
The idea is simple: to ask people all over the world to support the Syrian people, at the same local hour, from 7 to 7.30 pm, by holding up a piece of white fabric or white paper with the word STOP written on it.
In this way, right across the world, from one time zone to the next, a huge white “ola” of protest will unfurl, to be broadcast throughout the day by the media.
To ensure excellent visibility, meeting points in front of, or close to, city halls will be announced in advance. Other assembly points will be left to individual initiatives in the workplace or leisure areas.
On that evening, everyone can post his or her photo, holding the word STOP, on the site: http://www.vagueblanchepourlasyrie.org, thus creating a huge demonstration on the internet and social networks, in particular on the Facebook page dedicated to the event.
Everyone, everywhere, can be part of this mighty wave. .
Over 500 personalities already took part in the “White Wave” organized on 17 April last (anniversary of Syria’s independence), when the movement was launched at the Trocadéro in Paris, and in several other French cities. Thousands of photos were posted on the site.
Today the movement must be taken up in every corner of the globe to strengthen the chain of NGOs defending human rights, and to reach a maximum number of city halls, twinned cities, the medical world, the business community, the world of broadcasting and entertainment, the social networks and international celebrities.
We are appealing to individual initiative, civil society, and the creative talents of all to raise white flags worldwide, in demonstrations large and small, as an act of solidarity for the respect of the rights and dignity of the Syrian people, free of any political, state or partisan influence.

– خلال هذين العامين ، هناك حسب الأمم المتحدة : أكثر من 70 ألف قتيل – عشرات آلاف الجرحى والمفقودين والمحتجزين –عشرات آلاف السوريين من ضحايا التعذيب وسوء المعاملة والعنف الجنسي والنهب.. مع ملايين السوريين النازحين داخل الوطن ومئات آلاف اللاجئين خارجه . – من أجل وقف الجرائم ضد المدنيين وللمطالبة بتحقيق العدالة لصالح الضحايا، و من أجل إشعار الشعب السوري
بأنّه ليس وحيدا ، فإننا نوجه نداءً لتظاهرة تضامن عالمية مع الشعب السوري في 15 مارس 2013 الموجة البيضاء من أجل سورية
المبدأ جدا بسيط : ألا وهو الطلب من كل شعوب العالم أن ينضموا إلى الشعب السوري بإبراز ورقة أو قطعة

ولتظهير تظاهرة التضامن هذه ، فإنّ المواعيد تكون أمام البلديات أو بالقرب منها ، كما يترك لكل مساهم صيغة التجمع والتعبير في ميدان عمله أو تسليته في تلك الساعة

بهدف تحقيق تظاهرة الكترونية هائلة على الانترنت وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعية تم خلق صفحة فيس بوك ليتمكن الجميع من المشاركة أكثر من ۲۰۰ شخصية مشهورة انضموا مسبقا الى الموجة في العام الماضي في ۱۷ نيسان عيد الاستقلال السوري حيث تم اطلاق التظاهرة لاول مرة في باريس من ساحة حقوق الانسان في التروكاديرو وفي مدن فرنسية أخرى. حيث جمع الموقع أكثر من ألف صورة اليوم امسى من الضرورة خلق نقاط وصل في الجهات الاربع من العالم من أجل ربط جميع المؤسسات غير الحكومية المهتمة في حقوق الانسان, وان تصل الموجة إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من المحافظات, المدن التوأم مع مدن سورية أضافى الى كل المجالات الطبية والاعمال والمهرجانات الصوتية والمرئية وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وجميع مشاهير العالم وغيره نتوجه للمبادرات الفردية والمجتمع المدني ، وإلى خيال كل منا كي ترتفع عاليا هذه الرايات البيضاء في كل مكان ، من أصغر تظاهرة إلى أكبرها عبر العالم في نشاط تضامني مجرد من كل تأثير سياسي ، رسمي أو حزبي
