Azaz People’s Hospital in the countryside of the city of Aleppo has declared that it will stop activity due to lack of support.

 

« After two weeks without support, the cadre of the Azaz People’s Hospital declares with regret that the hospital will be closed completely on 1.7.2014, due to lack of support from the organizations and the interim government, » the hospital administration said in a statement that

 

Meanwhile, Civil Defense Forces appealed to the official and non-official authorities in Aleppo to provide a « wireless communications tower  » to secure communication between the center and the forces, stressing that the tower is ineffective, resulting in many casualties among the Civil Defense forces.

 

According to a statement, the Civil Defense Forces said the injuries occurred because leaders of the groups couldn’t warn them of planes shelling the regions where they were carrying out their humanitarian duties

 

The interim government was heavily criticized because of what the activists described as « being irresponsible towards the civil and relief institutions in the liberated areas ».
