Geneva: “Peace talks” why and for whom?

Call for a gathering to make the voice of the Syrian people heard Geneva, place des Nations, Thursday 28.1.2016, 15h30 to 17h30 A stand on Thursday 28 and Friday 29.01.2016, between 11h00 - 15h30 On the occasion of the International Geneva peace talks, which will gather the Syrian opposition and the Syrian regime delegation teams at the end of January 2016, We call for a gathering To make heard the voices of Syrian people in their struggle; to reassert their legitimate claims that must be the basis for the negotiations that should end the extreme suffering of the civilian population, after almost five years of struggle. Since the failure of the Geneva II talks, the situation inside Syria has became worse with much more military intervention which, leads to many casualties among civilians; and especially with the intervention of Russia, in coordination with Israel and disregard by the international community, against the Syrian civilians and the armed opposition. More than one half of the population has been displaced, over 300’000 have been killed, more than 300’000 have been arrested or disappeared, more than ten thousands have been killed under torture, over 500’000 have been injured. At present, 600’000 civilians are starving in besieged areas. With this horrendous suffering of the population which is mainly caused by the Assad regime only justice can help getting a real political solution. To be mentioned that the terrorism actions of Daesh "ISIL" and all those terrorist groups are resulted by Assad's policy. Indeed, the Geneva peace talk must lead to satisfaction of the aspirations of the Syrian people for freedom, dignity, and social justice in a democratic state. These aims must be guaranteed and protected from the interests and manipulations of regional and global powers who have demonstrated by their respective actions and positions during the past five years, their indifference to the plight of the Syrian people, and their exclusive attachment to their regional strategic interests, like those of the Assad regime, both on the ground and in the corridors of the UN. We call to keep the humanitarian issues out of the table of negotiations and to deal with them based on the international laws. The challenge is therefore to establish the basic rights of the citizens, in the context of a democratic, free, sovereign and unified Syria, gathering all components of its population, based on the concept of citizenship with equal rights. We Syrians demand an immediate: • Departure of the dictator Bashar Al Assad in order to establish a transition government that is representative of the Syrian people, in order to hold free and fair elections for a true constituent assembly. • End of the siege of all besieged and starving regions. • End of shelling by artillery, aviation and ground missiles on neighborhoods and villages, bombing that continues to dramatically kill civilians every day. • Departure of all foreign fighters from Syria and the end the Russian intervention in Syria. • Organization of medical aid and reconstruction of health facilities. • Massive aid to refugees in the neighboring countries and within Syria, with the aim of their voluntary reintegration in their home country. • Release of all political prisoners, activists, journalists, civilians and freedom fighters who are imprisoned in the jails of the tyrannical regime of Assad or by any other armed group. • Judgment of war criminals and of the people in charge of the bloody repression during the reign of the Assad on the country for 40 years, by a competent and independent court of justice. • The reconstruction of the country in the respect of the people, and creation of healthy and safe conditions for the return of the displaced to their home. Negotiations with the tyrannical regime of Bashar Al-Assad should not lead to any denial of the legitimate demands of the Syrian people, otherwise the people will unfortunately have no choice but to continue its struggle with strength and conviction, even at current exorbitant suffering, to build a new free and democratic state. جنيف: "محادثات السلام" لماذا, ولمن؟

دعوة للتجمع لإسماع صوت الشعب السوري جنيف، ساحة الأمم المتحدة الخميس ٢٨ كانون الثاني من الساعة الثالثة والنصف وحتى الخامسة والنصف من بعد الظهر بالإضافة إلى وقفة في يومي الخميس والجمعة ٢٨،٢٩ كانون الثاني من الساعة الحادية عشر صباحا وحتى الثالثة والنصف من بعد الظهر بمناسبة المحادثات الدولية للسلام حول سوريا والتي ستجمع كلاً من فريق التفاوض التابع للنظام والمعارضة السورية في نهاية كانون الثاني ندعوكم للحضور لتسمعوا صوت الشعب السوري في نضاله, للتأكيد على شرعية مطالبه والتي يجب أن تكون أساساً لأي عملية تفاوض يفترض بها إنهاء معاناة المدنيين المستمرة منذ ما يقارب الخمس سنوات

أصبحت الحالة داخل سوريا أسوأ منذ فشل محادثات جنيف الثانية حول سوريا منذ عامين، مع تزايد التدخلات العسكرية والتي أدت للمزيد من الضحايا بين صفوف المدنيين وخاصة التدخل الروسي ضد الشعب السوري والمعارضة السورية والدي أتى بتنسيق مع الكيان الصهيوني وتجاهل المجتمع الدولي.

أصبح أكثر من نصف الشعب السوري مهجراً, ما لايقل عن ٣٠٠ ألف تمّ قتلهم, إضافة الى ٣٠٠ الف معتقل ومفقود, وأكثر من ١٠ آلاف قتلوا تحت التعذيب, و٥٠٠ ألف مصاب وجريح. في الوقت الحالي هناك ما يقارب ال ٦٠٠ الف مدني محاصرين يعانون من الجوع. مع هذا الكم الرهيب من الألم والمعاناة فإنّ تحقيق العدالة وحده قادر على أن يساعد في الوصول إلى حل سياسي حقيقي. ولا بد من ذكر أن تنظيم داعش والمجموعات الإرهابية جميعها إنما جائت نتيجة لسياسة النظام.

بالتأكيد يجب على محادثات جينيف أن تُرضي الشعب السوري في تطلعاته نحو الحرية والكرامة والعدالة الإجتماعية في دولة ديمقراطية. هذه التطلعات يجب أن تكون مضمونة ومُصانة بعيداً عن مصالح القوى الإقليمية والدولية, والتي ظهرت من خلال مواقفها وأفعالها بإستمرار وعلى مدى السنوات الأخيرة مخالفتها لمصالح الشعب السوري، حيث أنها إرتبطت بمصالحها الإستراتيجية في الإقليم، كمجموعة الدول الداعمين لنظام الأسد، على أرض سوريا وفي كواليس الأمم المتحدة.

ندعوا أن تبقى الملفات الإنسانية بعيدة كل البعد عن طاولات التفاوض وأن يتم التعامل مع هذه المسائل عبر القوانين الدولية التي تضمنها.

لذلك فإن التحدي اليوم هو تأسيس الحقوق الأساسية للمواطنين في إطارسوريا ديمقراطية وحرة وموحدة ومستقلة. تجمع كل أطياف شعبها بناء على مبدأ المواطنة والحقوق المتساوية

نحن السوريون نطالب وحالاً: برحيل الدكتاتور بشار الأسد, حتى نصل لتأسيس سلطة أنتقالية تمثل الشعب السوري, وتهيئ الأجواء لإجراء إنتخابات حرة وديمقراطية وقف الحصار عن كل المناطق المحاصرة وقف القصف المدفعي والجوي وصورايخ الأرض الأرض على المناطق السكنية والقرى، وهو القصف المستمر الذي يؤدي إلى مآسي في كل يوم رحيل كل القوات الأجنبية والمقاتلين الأجانب من سوريا ووقف العدوان العسكري الروسي تنظيم وضمان وصول المساعدة الطبية وإعادة بناء المنشئات الطبية تقديم مساعدة عاجلة للاجئين السوريين في دول الجوار السوري إطلاق سراح كل المعتقلين السياسيين والناشطين والصحفيين والمدنيين والمقاتلين السوريين المعقلين في سجون النظام الإستبدادي أو لدى أي طرف أو مجموعة أخرى محاكمة كل مجرمي الحرب وكل المسؤولين عن القمع الدموي في ظل حكم الأسد خلال الأربعة عقود المنصرمة في محاكمة عادلة مستقلة إعادة بناء الوطن وخلق بيئة أمنة وصحية مايسمح لعودة المهجرين واللاجئين لقراهم ومدنهم.

إن التفاوض مع النظام الإستبدادي لبشار الأسد لا يمكن أن يقود إلى إنكار المطالب المحقة والشرعية للشعب السوري، وإلا فإنه وللأسف لن يكون أمام السوريين إلا متابعة نضالهم بقوة وإصرار رغم ما يعنيه هذا من مأساة, سعياً لبناء الدولة الحرة الديمقراطية التي ينشدونها. التحية لشهداء الحرية ….وعاشت الثورة السوية ---------

Genève: Syrie - "Pourparlers de Paix", pourquoi et pour qui?

Appel à un rassemblement pour faire entendre la voix du peuple syrien Genève, place de nations, le jeudi 28.1.2016 de 15h30 - 17h30 A l'occasion des pourparlers de paix de Genève, qui réuniront les délégations de l'opposition syrienne et du régime syrien en Janvier 2016, nous appelons à un rassemblement pour faire entendre la voix des Syriens et Syriennes en lutte, pour réaffirmer leurs revendications légitimes qui doivent être à la base des négociations pour mettre fin à la souffrance extrême de la population civile, après près de cinq années de lutte. Depuis l'échec des pourparlers de Genève II, la situation en Syrie ne cesse de se détériorer, avec l’augmentation des interventions militaires, qui a conduit à de nombreuses victimes parmi les civils, et récemment l'intervention de la Russie, en coordination avec Israël, et avec le consentement tacite de la communauté internationale, contre les civils syriens et l'opposition armée. Plus de la moitié de la population a été déplacée, on compte aujourd’hui plus de 300'000 morts, plus de 300'000 arrestations et disparitions forcées, plus de dix milles morts sous la torture, plus de 500'000 blessés. À l'heure actuelle, 600'000 civils souffrent de famine dans les zones assiégées. Face à cette énorme souffrance de la population, infligée essentiellement par le régime Assad, seule la justice peut aider à obtenir une véritable solution politique. Sans oublier que l’apparition de Daech (EI) et de ses semblables est une conséquence directe de la politique du régime Assad. En effet, les pourparlers de paix de Genève doivent conduire à la satisfaction des aspirations du peuple syrien pour la liberté, la dignité et la justice sociale dans un Etat démocratique. Ces objectifs doivent être garantis et protégés contre les intérêts et les manipulations des puissances régionales et mondiales qui ont démontré par leurs actions et leurs positions respectives au cours des cinq dernières années, leur indifférence à la situation difficile du peuple syrien, et leur attachement exclusif à leur stratégie régionale, qui ne garantit que leurs propres intérêts, comme le fait le régime Assad, à la fois sur le terrain et dans les couloirs de l'ONU. Nous appelons à séparer les questions humanitaires des négociations et à les traiter sur la base des lois internationales. Le défi est donc d'établir les droits fondamentaux des citoyens, dans le cadre d'une Syrie unie, démocratique, libre et souveraine, rassemblant toutes les composantes de sa population, basés sur le concept de la citoyenneté avec des droits égaux pour tous. Nous Syriens exigeons: • Un départ immédiat du dictateur Bachar Al Assad afin d'établir un gouvernement de transition représentatif des différentes composantes du peuple Syrien, en vue de tenir des élections libres et équitables pour une véritable assemblée constituante. • La fin du siège de toutes les régions assiégées et affamées. • La fin des bombardements par l'artillerie, l'aviation et les missiles sur les quartiers et villages, bombardements qui continuent à tuer des civils en masse et chaque jour. • Le départ de tous les combattants étrangers présents en Syrie et la fin à l'intervention russe en Syrie. • L’organisation de l'aide médicale et la reconstruction des services de santé. • Une aide massive aux réfugiés dans les pays voisins et au sein de la Syrie, en vue de leur réinsertion volontaire dans leur pays d'origine. • La libération de tous les prisonniers politiques, des militants, des journalistes, des civils et des combattants de la liberté qui sont emprisonnés dans les geôles du régime tyrannique d’ Assad ou celles de tout autre groupe armé. • L’arrestation des criminels de guerre et des personnes en charge de la répression sanglante durant le règne des Assad sur le pays pendant 40 ans et leur jugement par un tribunal compétent et indépendant. • La reconstruction du pays dans le respect des personnes, et la création de conditions saines et sûres pour le retour des personnes déplacées à leurs domiciles. Les négociations avec le régime tyrannique de Bachar Al-Assad ne devraient en aucun cas conduire à une négation des demandes légitimes du peuple syrien, sinon les Syriens n’auront d'autre choix que de continuer leur combat avec force et détermination, même au prix exorbitant de la souffrance actuelle, jusqu’à la construction d’un nouvel Etat libre et démocratique. Hommage aux victimes de la tyrannie...
