An international cooperation project aimed boycotting China and Russia to drive them to halt their support for Bashar al-Assad’s regime

We would first like to assure the people of Russia and China of our great respect and esteem for them. The people of China and Russia are two great people, and ties of friendship and respect have always linked them with the people of Syria.

However, the policy practiced by the governments of Russia and China, specifically with regard to Syria, and generally with regard to the work of the Arab nation, is not in line with the historic friendship that ties our people of Syria with the peoples of Russia and China.

The governments of Russia and China have continued to insist on the maintenance of their flawed policy of support for tyranny and the killing of peoples in Libya and Syria. These two governments have also supported militarily, politically and diplomatically the regime of Bashar al-Assad in Syria; a regime that commits horrendous massacres on a daily basis against the Syrian people. The regime has so far killed thousands and arrested tens of thousands of Syrian children, youth, women and men.

We would first like to call upon the youth of Russia and China and tell them that their brothers and sisters in Syria are being killed, all under the auspices of the governments of Russia and China. We have great faith in the possibility, the power and the energy of youth, and we urge you to stand with your brothers and sisters in Syria. We also urge you to tell your governments to halt their support for the killer regime of Syria.

We would then like to call upon all the free people of the world and most specifically the Arab and Islamic people to participate with us to stop the killing in Syria, which is encouraged and supported by the governments of Russia and China. We call for the boycott of:
– All the products of Russia and China
– All the companies of Russia and China
– All activities, cultural or other, endorsed by the governments of Russia and China

We also call upon all organizations and parties and other components of civil society around the world to organize protests in front of the embassies of Russia and China, denouncing the policies of these two countries that support the killing in Syria.

We also specifically call upon our brothers and sisters in Libya not to forget the positions of Russia and China that supported the tyranny in Libya. We would like to take the opportunity to give them our warmest and most heartfelt congratulations for the victory of their revolution, which is also a victory of us. We call upon Libyans to stand firmly against the opportunistic policies of Russia and China that participate in the killing of your brothers and sisters in Syria. We also call upon the Transitional Council of Libya and the new Libyan government to:
– Freeze and end all relations with the governments of Russia and China
– Stop all economic cooperation with these two governments
– Initiate and create a Charter of Ethics between Arab countries liberated from despotism and other Arab countries wishing to join. This initiative has the purpose of depriving governments who support tyranny and repression from any privileges and economic agreements.

We also warn the Arab League and its General Secretariat that the positions of Russia and China are opposed to the Arab Initiative in essence, which will lead to its failure. For this, we call for the Arab Ministerial Committee to organize a meeting devoted to discussing these two positions, and to demand for Russia and China to halt all forms of support to the Syria Regime. If their positions fail to change, we call for Arab states to review their relations with these two countries and take all the necessary measures against them, both politically and economically.
